The plank is done by pulling your stomach in and holding this position for about 5 seconds. Repeat this move 5 times.

With careful attention to both diet and exercise you can be done with belly bulge after pregnancy. It takes determination to achieve goals this includes getting back into your pre-pregnancy clothes. Setting attainable goals is important while remaining objective as to what is realistic for your body type and lifestyle. Beautiful is not determined by a pant size, it is determined by your self worth.
