Work on your sleeping habits

The number 1 cause of fatigue is lack in sleep or oversleeping. The average person needs in between 6 and 9 hours of sleep every night. If a person exceeds this amount of sleep or does not reach it they can end up carrying out through the rest of the day feeling tired and lacking in vital energy to carry out daily responsibilities. The best way to solve this problem is to go to sleep at a fixed time every night, and have an alarm clock by your side set to wake you up at a specific time every morning so you can wake up refreshed and energized instead of tired and unwilling to get up.

Get medical consultation for depression

The second most common cause for fatigue is stress along with depression. Depression can cause a persons body to feel pulled down and tired all the time from mental exertion and if it interferes with your everyday life you should take the time to see a doctor of psychiatrist to discuss possible solutions to help you feel better about the things which make you down a lot.

Diet and Nutrition

The third most common cause for fatigue is improper diet habits. Things like eating too much fast food in comparison to healthy food, eating right before bed, and not eating enough for long periods of time can all be legitimate factors in experiencing fatigue. Some solutions for poor diet induced fatigue would be to replace bad food with healthy home cooked meals, replace junk food and candy with dried fruits and fresh vegetables, avoid having to eat fast food by bringing food from home with you on the go if you expect you may need to eat while you are out.
