These methods can help you get rid of those nasty stomach cramps. If this doesn’t work, try to lie down and get plenty of rest. Be sure that you are not over-stressing yourself, because stress can trigger a stomach cramp. If you have a medical condition that you are aware of and your stomach starts cramping with no relief, you should get to the hospital. If nothing has helped and your cramps are still persistent, you may want to seek medical attention. Always be sure to remain calm, they will pass.
